Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule at least 48 hours before their original appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% rescheduling fee. If no response is received within 24 hours of requesting a reschedule, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation under the policy below.
• Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Travel Fees: If travel is involved, a 30% travel fee will be charged for cancellations.
• No-Shows: If a client does not show up and has not communicated, the full amount will be charged.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment.
